I am a very long-time resident of Turlock. I have been originating loans in Turlock since 1994 when I first got my real estate license. I absolutely love working with buyers who are looking to fulfill their “American Dream.” A very high percentage of my clients become repeat clients and friends. These are people who I run into on a daily basis, whether at the grocery store, the gym, or community events.

I have been with Scenic Oaks Funding for eight years. I am still very pleased with my decision to make the move from a very corporate environment to Scenic Oaks. I believe as loan officers, we need to stay in touch with our “Moral Compass” at all times, and Scenic Oaks not only respects that but insists on it.



My husband, Dennis Oliveira, and I own and operate a local electrical-low voltage business, “Soundscapes Electric-Security & Low Voltage.” Together, Dennis and I have six children, and 6 grandchildren. As a family, we enjoy hiking, golfing, bicycle riding, and anything that takes us outdoors. Our sons have served in the US Army and our oldest is still serving so I am very versed in VA loans and benefits.
